Your booking page
Every account gets a public booking page at faye.bio/your-salon. Clients can browse your services, pick a time, and confirm a booking — no account required on their end. The page is mobile-first, because that's where most of your clients will land.
Your booking page should feel like an extension of your brand, not a third-party tool.
Services and categories
Define your services with a name, duration, and price. Group them into categories — cuts, color, treatments, whatever makes sense for how you work. On your booking page, services appear grouped so clients can find what they're looking for without scrolling through a flat list.
Opening hours and exceptions
Set your weekly schedule once. Add exceptions for holidays, closures, or any day you want to block off. Clients only see availability when you're actually open.
Client profiles
Every client who books through Faye gets a profile with their contact details, full appointment history, and any internal notes you add. Over time, this builds into a useful picture of who your regulars are.
Automated emails
Booking confirmations go out immediately to you and the client the moment a booking is confirmed. Cancellation emails are handled automatically too.
Calendar and list views
Your appointments page has both a calendar and a list view. Switch between day, week, and month in the calendar, or use the list when you want to filter and search.
Manage from anywhere
Your dashboard works on any device. Manage appointments, check your schedule, update your services, and adjust settings from your phone.
